Our team takes bold designs and pairs them with the most advanced technology, performance standards, and safety features. We are responsible for:

  • Representing the needs of the customer
  • Establishing products' specifications and standards, and conducting appropriate testing
  • Executing product and process designs in accordance with Vehicle Development Process (VDP) requirements
  • Validating manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment

We're committed to the future with our Product Development College Cooperative (Co-ops) Students and College Interns. Our eligibility criteria is:

  • College Co-ops must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate technical degree student in their university's Co-op Program
  • College Interns must be enrolled in a full-time, four-year undergraduate technical degree program, Master's degree, or be a Ph.D. candidate
  • Assignment responsibilities increase as class status progresses, providing hands-on experience by engaging real-world issues
  • Students develop across varied engineering assignments, such as development, testing, plant problem solving, design, validation, laboratories, etc.
