Global Connected Customer Experience (GCCX)

Today’s vehicles need to be able to communicate with the world around them. To truly be a customer-centric organization, we must provide the best possible experiences for our customers. The GCCX team is responsible for connected vehicle technology and services for General Motors globally. General Motors is a leader in connected vehicles, with advanced telematics services such as OnStar and new connected infotainment systems now launching in Chevrolet, Cadillac and other GM vehicles around the world.
